In no event A Services SAL and Bank Audi SAL shall be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of the wedding services or of the information and data uploaded and posted on the pages related to such services including but not limited to any infringement in posting copyrighted material, posting defaming pictures, notes …,posting religious or political pictures, statements, slogans … , hacking into the system of the wedding services.
The client irrevocably authorizes A Services SAL and Bank Audi SAL at their own discretion to delete or amend any posts whether pictures, notes, symbols, logos and/or slogans … in order to prevent and stop any infringement or misuse of such services.
The client irrevocably authorizes Bank Audi SAL as affiliated with A Services SAL to use and share any information and data uploaded by the client into the system of the wedding services for banking services purposes.
